Vân An is an Australia Awards recipient, a former social worker turned life coach, certified Master Coach in Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP), wellbeing and motivational speaker, and mental health and wellbeing advocate. 

From a person who used to suffer from prolonged stress, anxiety, fear and self-doubt, Vân has gone through a transformative journey to reclaim her inner peace, happiness and confidence. She is now helping others do the same.

Vân has inspired and coached people from more than 10 countries and has been featured on SBS Radio, Australia's national broadcaster, and Dan Tri Newspaper, Vietnam's mainstream media, for contributions to mental health and wellbeing advocacy and women's empowerment.

Vân also won a Shining Speaker Award from 100 Speakers for her dedication to making a positive impact, helping others have better mental health and wellbeing through sharing her authentic and inspiring stories.

In 2024, Vân was chosen as one of the Top 20 speakers for the prestigious 100 Speakers Summit, sharing the stage with world-renowned speakers like Brian Tracy and Kaley Chu at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center.

Vân is passionate about helping other people come home to themselves and make their inner home a place where they always feel worthy, happy and at peace.

Vân believes that mental health and well-being are integral to success. We can achieve professional success without compromising personal well-being. 

Outside of work, Vân is a happy wife, flower lover, cat magnet, travel enthusiast, and lifelong learner.
